Refund policy

The Trader's Risk Management Playbook is a digital product delivered immediately after payment, so we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.

If you were charged but could not download the book, or received a corrupted file, contact us within 7 days and we will resend the file or refund your payment in full. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
